FAQ - The Directory Group

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I choose The Directory Group to generate business?

Because we are GREAT at what we do! Our aim is simple: to help small to medium companies to generate good quality business. We do not cut corners and our business is based on repeat business, so we work very hard to ensure that every campaign works!

We can help with Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Copy Writing/Blogs, Design & Print and Distribution… everything your local business needs… under one roof!

Advert Design, where do I start?

You do not have to do anything! We offer you a free advertising meeting, where we ask you lots of questions about your business, so we can understand what you need – then we offer advice and once agree, we will start the design. Nothing goes to print until you are 100% happy it and have approved the design.

We offer Free Advert Design, and you can make changes every month to enable you to offer promotions. It is our job to take all of the information and to design an advert which will generate the response you require.

How can I see a copy of a Directory?

You can view an ‘example’ directory online: go to Our Monthly Directories page and click the link. Or give us a call on 01730 260746 or email sales@thedirectorygroup.co.uk and we can send you a hard copy or digital link to the area edition of your choice.

Can I book a 1 month only advert?

No, as we understand that all advertising works over a period of time, like a snow ball effect, we only offer a minimum of a 3 month campaign as it takes more than 1 month for any advert to perform to its best.

Do you offer discounts? What are your payment terms?

Yes, we can offer discounts for multiple area bookings and 12 month campaign bookings. We offer various payment terms to suit all business sizes/types:

How can I Pay?

You can pay in various ways to suit you: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Monthly Go Cardless payments or Standing Orders.
