Experience the power of Earth’s elements at Winchester Cathedral this spring

Natural phenomena and the creation of our world is explored at the premiere of ‘Elements’; an immersive light and sound show by Luxmuralis. From 6th-11th March, visitors will journey through an artistic odyssey of nature’s four elements; earth, air, fire, and water, showcased within Winchester Cathedral. Tickets for ‘Elements’ are on sale now.

In March, following the sold-out show “Star of Wonder” Son et Lumiere,  the award-winning artistic collaboration known as ‘Luxmuralis’ returns to Winchester with ‘Elements'. Elements will immerse viewers within scenes of nature's awesomeness; from deep within Earth’s fiery soul, a volcano erupts with a glowing avalanche of light and sound, to being swept up in the midst of an unrestrained oceanic storm, Elements promises to be an adventure like no other.

Of the creative collaboration between Luxmuralis’ Peter Walker and Winchester Cathedral, The Dean of Winchester, The Very Rev’d Catherine Ogle, said:  “The cathedral has been a place of great inspiration and wonder throughout its long history. By continuing to explore the relationship between worship and the arts, we invite all our visitors and worshippers to experience the cathedral in a new way.”

Tickets for ‘Elements’ are on sale now. For ticket prices and how to book, call 01962 857 275 or visit the website
